"Gifts" tab not working

Hi,

I have a an unclaimed gift but everytime I open the gift tab it's all black and it won't load at all, nothing seems to work.
 Same here. I got the notification for unclaimed gift but when clicking on it, the gift window opens and doesn't load anything. It remains blank.



Please Help.
